5:30-6:10pm: DV Breakdown: DV Choreo is introduced either step by step or in small sequences, then repeated to improve muscle memory. This is best for new students, but also encouraged for members who need to work on delivery of the movement, confidence or emotion which drives the moves. Not only will this class help you learn the moves, but it will tone your body due to its repetitive format. Get ready to tone while improving your coordination, stamina, cognitive health and taking your dance skills to the next level.There is new choreo taught each week and difficulty/ style of routine will vary. 6:15-7:15pm: DV Signature: DanceVibes is intended for seasoned dancers or those who can learn/modify moves quickly. Most classes run back to back with little or no breakdowns. When new choreography is introduced, it is broken down into small easily acquired dance sequences.Dance it out to styles from contemporary to twerking and everything in between. Songs and choreography will challenge your cardio,coordination, strength, memory and evoke emotions making this program a uniques approach to overall health.
