DV Breakdown
 Anytime On Demand Only  

Intended for new students or those who love to perfect movement and style. DV Choreo is introduced either step-by-step or in small sequences, then "repeated" to improve muscle memory. This is best for new students but also encouraged for members who need to work on delivery of the movement, confidence, or emotion which drives the moves. Not only will this class help you learn the moves but it will tone your body due to its repetitive format. Get ready to tone while improving your coordination, stamina, cognitive health and taking your dance stills to the next level.  
 
*There is a new choreo taught each week and difficulty/style of routine will vary.​

Level 2

DV Form
Anytime On Demand Only

Intended to transition students quickly from Breakdown to Signature Class. Perfect for students  who want to burn calories and learn choreo. DV Form is a blend of DV Breakdown and DV Signature. The first half of class you will follow along to our favorite songs offering quick reminders (prompting) for more challenging sections. Second half of class you will learn a choreo from our Library of songs.

DV Signature

Intended for seasoned dancers or those who can learn/modify moves quickly.  Most classes run songs run back to back with little to no breakdowns. When new choreography is introduced it is broken down into small, easily acquired dance sequences. Dance it out to styles from contemporary to twerking and everything in between. Songs and choreography will challenge your cardio, coordination, strength, memory, and evoke emotions making this program a unique approach to overall health. ​

Level 4

DV Fullout 
​Anytime On Demand

Intended for the seasoned "DanceVibes Dancer" but open to those who pick up moves quickly. The class has little to no cueing from your instructor so students can release their mind and let the music guide their movements and emotions. This is the perfect opportunity for students to test their memory and take their dancing to the next level. Playlist consistently changes, running both old and new choreos.

DV Stretch
​Anytime On Demand Only

Improve your flexibility while supporting your muscles. This is a basic dancers stretch routine to support range of motion and recovery. Exercises include fluid and static stretches along with strength/flexibility combos. Dancers will have the opportunity to sit in the splits in every class and modifications will be available.
