A: There is no experience required to take class. Your first DanceVibes Signature class will be a lot of choreo thrown at you to learn on the spot. If you are new to dance and get overwhelmed easily then its highly recommended you take DanceVibes Breakdown (Intro) first or take both Intro and regular DanceVibes together to learn the choreography faster. If you love being challenged and can pick up or modify choreography quickly then jump in to DanceVibes right away. |

A: For DanceVibes signature class we recommend wearing a shoe that has some traction but not too much so you can easily glide and turn on the floor with out twisting or hurting your knees or ankles. Some students wear dance sneakers and some wear jazz shoes, dance paws, or go barefoot. Which ever you choose, make sure you know any risks that come with. Dancing barefoot requires more ankle strength and can cause blisters and tears till your feet are become more tough. Check out our recommended dance wear here. |
